Top tips to pamper your body

This week, Charley shares with us her Full Body Pamper Tips. Everybody just needs some good old-fashioned TLC.


Book a date with your bathroom! Treat yourself to some nourishing and smoothing body products, light a candle (we're just loving @houseofbluebelle at the moment) and lock that door!

Here are our full body pamper tips and Elemis product recommendations, all available on our online shop. We hope you find this useful.


1) Run a bath 🏼

Clear away any children's toys and light a candle. Aching Muscle Super Soak is great after exercising. Alternatively, Skin Nourishing Milk Bath is fantastic for anyone that suffers from an irritated skin condition; dermatitis, eczema or psoriasis. This product is suitable for newborns and children because it's very mild and gentle.

2) Apply a shower gel 🧴 This will help cleanse and hydrate the body. Revitalise-Me Shower Gel is a great product for this. 3) Apply a body oil This will help hydrate or nourish the skin. Frangipani Monoi Body Oil or De-Stress Massage Oil are two excellent products for this. 4) Apply a body cream 🧴 They are a lovely alternative to oils. Body creams lock in hydration and nourish the skin. They can also add a layer of protection to the skin. Frangipani Monoi Shower Cream or Skin Nourishing Body Cream are both fantastic body creams. Another indulgent body treatment is using an exfoliator. We are huge advocates of Frangipani Monoi Salt Glow (our freebie is week). Apply in the shower, exfoliating in big circular motions onto DRY skin. This helps to reduce the build up of any dry skin and the oils will help to hydrate the skin. Apply all over the body, neck down, to achieve silky smooth skin. Enjoy some well deserved 'You Time'!!
