Firstly, Welcome back we truly have missed you.

Sunrise has the pleasure of opening our lines to book appointments from the Saturday 11th July with an Opening date of Wednesday 15th July to our usual salon times and days.

Whilst we are unable to offer our 100% treatment list, we will be offering our usual 100% Sunrise satisfaction throughout your visit.

Following Government Guidelines and recommendations by governing bodies in the beauty industry we would invite you to help us keep you and our staff safe by adhering to the following advice outlined.

From 25th July it's compulsory for everyone to wear a face mask in shops and salons.  Also, due to increased supplier costs we have had no choice but to have a slight price increase, and for those clients that on a course of treatment they will have a supplement of £5 added to each treatment to cover PPE Costs.

Pre arrival,

  • Please do not come into the salon if you have any symptoms of Covid 19.
This would include the extended list such as loss of appetite and taste as well as high temperature and persistent cough.

  • Should you develop symptoms after your visit please inform Sunrise and use the “Track and Trace” system to inform us and others so it can be acted on.

  • Please arrive on time and unaccompanied with the exception of minors who will still need accompanying by a parent or guardian but please do call in advance should you be running late to make necessary arrangements.

  • Limit personal belongings.

  • You will be asked to remove any personal PPE e.g. gloves when entering the salon to avoid cross contamination and asked to sanitise at the front door or wash your hands. You are free to bring/wear your own mask during your visit should you desire.

  • A designated toilet will be open for use. More frequent cleaning intervals will be added to our already high standards of cleanliness.

  • We advise you to follow any markings in the reception area to ensure 1-2 metre distancing at all times, except when undergoing treatment,

  • No sitting or waiting before or after treatments is permitted. E.g. manicures and pedicures , appropriate sandals must be worn to allow you to freely walk out if the treatment isn’t Shellac. Sunrise can provide disposable flip flops should it be necessary

  • Different levels of treatment require different levels of PPE to be worn so the therapists PPE attire may vary and will vary to those on reception should you be alarmed at any indifference you see.

  • All body treatments will omit the face area if they usually have it included until guidelines state differently e.g. massage can include scalp but not face /Indian head the same / aromatherapy /salt scrubs and pregnancy massage.

  • Please don’t compromise your therapist by asking them privately in the room to perform any facial/treatments that are not recommended by government guidelines e.g. any treatments on or around the face.

  • Cash and card accepted for payment not to include American express or Diners

  • Pregnant women still need need a doctors/ midwife letter for any massage treatments

  • Please ask all Reception staff and therapists for help and advice on skincare as the Product house Elemis testers won’t be on display until further notice.

  • Please refer to cancelation policy for missed appointments and no shows.

Reassurance of cleanliness of the salon and full protection of YOUR safety and the safety of our staff is at the forefront and will be demonstrated throughout your visit for peace of mind with practised Sanitization/sterilization taking place throughout you visit.

Look forward to seeing you all, keep Safe and stay well The Team at Sunrise Marlow
