FORMALITIES

Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to.  Late appointments may not be honoured. 

We regret that if you are late arriving for your appointment the treatment will still finish at the appointment time, so other clients are not inconvenienced.

Please take care of your valuables as we cannot accept liability for their loss.

MEDICAL PRECAUTIONS

If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with your therapist (and doctor where necessary) prior to making your booking as this may affect your treatment options.  If you are currently being treated for cancer, we can treat you but will need a letter or email from your oncologist prior to treatment.

Due to our insurance regulations we require a note from your doctor/midwife to say you are able to have a massage throughout your pregnancy.

Please note for health and safety reasons, children and babies are not permitted in any of the treatment rooms.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

COURSES

All monies paid for courses are non-refundable, although balances may be transferred to other treatments.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can be purchased for any amount. We regret we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen cards.

MOBILE PHONE COURTESY

To maintain a tranquil environment we respectfully request that you you switch your phone to silent whilst in the salon.

CANCELLATION

In the event of a cancellation we ask that 24 hours notice be given.  A full charge may be incurred if cancelled within 12 hours notice if we are unable to fill the appointment.

TREATMENT TIMES

The treatment times allow for consultation, treatment and vacation of the room.

Treatments and price changes may be made without prior notice. All treatments include VAT.

COMPLAINTS

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please let us know immediately so we can investigate promptly.

Please note that we do not accept American Express Cards or Diners Card.
