In the event of a cancellation we ask that 12 hours notice be given otherwise a full charge may be incurred.
To maintain a tranquil environment we ask that mobile phones are turned off in the salon and due to Health and Safety children are not allowed in the beauty treatment rooms.
We regret that gift vouchers and credit cards cannot be used for our complementary therapists.
